[b]Please explain any staff experience you have had:[/b] I was a Mod/Admin on 2 different servers (Shutdown ) And I was a owner for my server with a friend. We shut it down due too manny errors that couldn't be fixed without breaking everything else. What makes you believe that you are suitable for this rank (5 Sentences Minimum): [/b] I want to help take sits and try to solve peoples issues they are having with the game or with another player etc. I really enjoy helping people so I'm always willing to quit whatever I'm doing and go on duty to help someone out. I've always enjoyed staffing when I have been staff on other servers and I feel like most people have liked me when I was staff. I don't pick favorites either. Everyone is the same to me whenever I'm staff.. [b]What is your reason to applying for staff (3 Sentences Minimum):[/b] To help make the community a better place without the rule breakers. I am sick of all other servers choosing favorites and not punishing them for what they did, so I want to change that if it happens on Crown Roleplay. I want to help out the community and the staff during tough situations. [b]What can you bring to the staff team ( 5 Sentences Minimum):[/b] If I were staff I would have enough time to help with tickets and maybe RP later because sits are more important. While I don't seem like it with the way I can act in game, if I need to I can act professional and mature, this would help me be able to keep a cool head if an admin sit is getting heated with two players so it can be resolved as quickly as possible so I can help and move onto the next ticket. I can defiantly make sure people aren't breaking the rules and ruining other people experience on the Crown RP. I can handle my anger very well so if people are being toxic I will not get mad at them. [b](Situations)[/b] [b]Someone claims they have been RDMed, list the steps you'd take to resolve this:[/b] Listen to both sides of the story, then see if any of them have a clip of the RDM. Check logs for RDM logs and contuine with action to all information given. [b]Someone thinks another player is Hacking/Scripting, list the steps you'd take to resolve this:[/b] Use the admin menu to screenshot the players screen (If you have it) Spectate them to gather more information. Give found information to higher ups depending on what rank you are. [b]An abusive player claims someone keeps annoying them on purpose, list the steps you'd take to resolve this: [/b] Tell the member to use warn commands such as (Warn 1/2/3). If they contuine give them a verbal. If they contuine to annoying the member, move onto further punishments.
